Lucas emphasized that \u20ac1 million will be allocated to aid the sectors most affected by the pandemic, \u20ac325,000 to the hospitality industry, \u20ac175,000 for campaigns to incentivize retail and hospitality businesses, \u20ac20,000 to incentivize tourism companies, in addition to significant financial support for vulnerable individuals and a social employment program. Regarding investments, the start of the pedestrianization of the Paseo was announced with an allocation of \u20ac652,000, as well as another \u20ac520,000 for improvements to public roads, \u20ac100,000 for street lighting in Ascoy, \u20ac150,000 for rural roads, and \u20ac72,000 for the removal of architectural barriers. The project for surveillance cameras in the Ascoy industrial park is also continuing, for which a budget of 100,000 euros has been allocated.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">For his part, the Finance Councillor, Antonio Ignacio Mart\u00ednez-Real, emphasized the importance of being able to allocate resources to the sectors most affected by the crisis, as well as to people facing hardship, all while maintaining the pace of investment, improving the city, and addressing needs.
