The Board of Passion Brotherhoods of Cieza<\/strong>, in order to stimulate artistic creation in the field of
\nthe Photography and proceed to the selection of the Posters for Holy Week in Cieza 2022<\/strong>, calls this
\nXXXIV Contest<\/strong> according to the following<\/p>\n

BASES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

1.<\/strong> All people may participate<\/strong> who wish to do so, without any limitation.
\n2.<\/strong> The subject of the photographs will be FREE<\/strong>, but always referring to Holy Week in Cieza.
\n3.<\/strong> The photographs submitted must be unpublished.<\/strong> Photographs that are not identical will not be selected.
\ncould have been previously reproduced in the press, catalogues, posters or any other
\nother types of publication, as well as those that may have been presented or resulted
\npreviously awarded in this or other competitions.
\n4. Characteristics of the works:<\/strong> photographs in COLOR or BLACK AND WHITE, in any of
\nits techniques and variants, including computer processing, with VERTICAL orientation, with
\nresolution of 254dpi and dimensions 50\u00d770 cm.
\n5<\/strong>. Two forms of presentation:
\n\u2022 A CD\/DVD or USB will be delivered<\/strong>Including personal data and photographs in
\nJPG or JPEG format at maximum resolution (it is not necessary to send a printed photograph)
\nsome).
\n\u2022 An email will be sent<\/strong> with the data of the photographs to jhp.secretaria@gmail.com and the
\nPhotographs in JPG or JPEG format at maximum resolution (it is not necessary to send a photograph)
\nprinted) or on the exchange platform www.wetransfer.com including as
\nrecipient of the same email.
\nPhotographs may not be signed by their authors.<\/strong>, a sealed envelope will be attached
\ncopy in digital format, as well as the author's data (title, name, address, telephone number and
\ne-mail).
\n6<\/strong>Each author may submit one issue. maximum of 8 photographs.<\/strong>
\n7.<\/strong> The photographs must be submitted<\/strong> in either form between Monday 25th
\nOctober and Tuesday, November 2, 2021; in person only Tuesday, November 2, from 7 p.m. to
\n9 p.m. at the Holy Week House-Museum in Cieza, C\u00e1novas del Castillo Street, No. 7, Cieza.
\n(Murcia). Once the deadline has closed, no photographs will be accepted.
\n8. A jury appointed<\/strong> for this purpose, and whose composition will be made public at the same time as the ruling
\nissued, will make a preliminary selection of 20 from among all the photographs submitted
\nfinalist photographs (under the 2nd, 3rd and 4th rules and the quality of their possible
\nreproduction) for exhibition at the Holy Week House-Museum in Cieza between the
\nNovember 15 and December 3, 2021 (only printed by the Board of
\nPassion Brotherhoods of Cieza the finalist photographs).
\n9.<\/strong> From among all the photographs selected and exhibited, the jury will award, previously to
\nthe public opening of the exhibition, the following PRIZES:
\n\u2022 FIRST PRIZE, worth 500 euros<\/strong> and the editing of photography as Sign<\/strong>
\nAnnouncer of Holy Week in Cieza 2022.<\/strong>
\n\u2022 SECOND PRIZE, worth 300 euros<\/strong> and the edition as Poster of the Guide of<\/strong>
\nActs and Processions<\/strong> of Holy Week in Cieza 2022.
\n\u2022 THIRD PRIZE, worth 200 euros<\/strong> and the edition as Poster of the Events of the<\/strong>
\nProclamation<\/strong> of Holy Week in Cieza 2022.<\/p>\n

Cash prizes will not be cumulative.<\/strong> If both coincide in one
\nsame person.
\nOnce the preliminary selection has been made, the 1st and subsequent Prizes could be
\ndeclared void if the number of photographs competing for them is less than
\ntwenty and if, in that case, none of those presented meet, in the opinion of the jury, the
\nconditions to be awarded the same.
\nParticipants in this competition who pass the selection round and
\nThose who qualify and are finalists will receive a copy of El Anda magazine.
\ncorresponding to Holy Week in Cieza 2022, as long as it is printed.
\n10.<\/strong> The awards ceremony<\/strong> It will take place on Saturday, November 13, 2021, starting at 7:00 p.m.
\nhours at the Holy Week House-Museum in Cieza.
\n11.<\/strong> All photographs will remain the property of the Board of Passion Brotherhoods of Cieza,<\/strong>
\nboth the three award-winning photographs, as well as the finalist photographs<\/strong>; this is reserved
\nexclusive right of public use and reproduction as many times as it deems appropriate.
\nThe Board of Passion Brotherhoods of Cieza will endeavor to publish and disseminate through its various
\npublications, always stating in all cases the name of the author of the
\nsame.
\n12. The authors of the three winning photographs and the finalist photographs undertake to<\/strong>
\nnot to make any use of them<\/strong>, nor reproduce, publish or display in full or
\npartially the same without the authorization of the Board of Passion Brotherhoods of Cieza
\nin the period between the day of publication of the judgment and September 30, 2022
\n(otherwise the corresponding prize will be cancelled in all its terms and
\nconsequences). After this period, those contestants who give in to any
\nother publications or exhibitions the winning photographs in this contest will be recorded
\nsaid circumstance at the foot of the same.
\n13<\/strong>. Photographic material not mentioned in base 11 will be returned.<\/strong> to its authors for the same
\nchannel through which it was presented, provided that it is requested in writing, from the day
\nfollowing the closing of the exhibition and up to one month after. After this time, the
\nMaterial that has not been removed by its authors will remain the property of the Board of
\nPassion Brotherhoods of Cieza.
\n14<\/strong>. The jury's decision will be final.<\/strong> Any circumstance not foreseen in these bases will be
\nalso resolved in an unappealable manner by the jury, having heard the opinion of the Board of Brotherhoods
\nPassionflowers of Cieza. Participation in this contest implies acceptance of
\nits bases, as well as the jury and its decision.
\n15.<\/strong> DATA PROTECTION.<\/strong> It is hereby brought to the attention of all participants in the
\npresent contest, which due to the entry into force of the LOPD of a personal nature, the
\nPhotographs showing minors who are not actively participating in the parades
\nprocessional, these, must appear in the photograph with their faces veiled or pixelated, to
\navoid their identification, or the author of the selected photograph, collect and gather the
\nexpress consent of the minor's parents to proceed with its publication. In case of
\nIf this consent cannot be obtained, the selected photograph will be considered as not
