The caller reported that the occupant was unconscious and trapped inside the vehicle.<\/p>\n<p>Civil Guard and Local Police patrols, firefighters from the Murcia Region Fire and Rescue Consortium, and a Mobile Emergency Unit with paramedics from the 061 Emergency and Emergency Management Department responded to the scene.
