The Siyâsa Museum hosted the opening of the exhibition entitled "160th Anniversary of Cieza Station. Model Railway Exhibition" this Friday. This exhibition was organized by the Murcian Association of Friends of the Railway, as part of the Department of Museums' program. The exhibition will be open to the public until February 9.

Photographs, posters, miniature locomotives, railway objects, and a stationmaster's uniform make up the exhibition, the space of which is occupied by a model of Cieza station, made by Cieza-born modeler Matías Gómez.

The opening was attended by the Councilor for Museums, María Turpín; the Director of the Municipal Museum Service, Joaquín Salmerón; the President of the Murcian Association of Friends of the Railway, Antonio Andreo; and the exhibition curator, Matías Gómez.
