The 1-1-2 Emergency Coordination Center of the Region of Murcia received a call at 6:15 p.m. reporting a traffic accident on the RM-714 road, at kilometer marker 13 in the municipality of Jumilla, very close to Cieza.
Two trucks are involved in the accident and are reportedly obstructing traffic.
One of the drivers is experiencing chest pain and requires medical assistance.
The following personnel arrived at the scene of the accident:
- Civil Guard.
- Ambulance of the Emergency and Health Care Management 061 (a Mobile Emergency Unit).
- Road Maintenance Personnel.
Medical personnel from the UME (Military Emergency Unit) have treated the driver of one of the vehicles involved on site, a 58-year-old man who has minor injuries that do not require transfer to a health center.
