The Department of Women and Equality has prepared a special program of activities for the International Day Against Gender Violence.
Wednesday, November 22, radio programs against gender violence will air on Onda Cieza and Cadena Cope at 11:15 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., respectively.
On Friday, November 24, at 12:00 noon, a ceremony will be held in the Cieza City Hall plenary hall to recognize members of the Civil Guard who have distinguished themselves, through their actions, in the fight against gender-based violence.
7:00 PM, March against gender violence, from Plaza de San Juan Bosco to Plaza de España, where a monument commemorating the victims will be inaugurated, with a performance by the Lute Quintet "Manuel López Villalba y Celia."
On Saturday, November 25, the talk "Legal Processes to Follow in the Case of Gender-Based Violence" will be given by Encarna Buitrago (lawyer), organized by the Cieza Red Cross at the Cajamurcia Cultural Center.
On Friday, December 1, the Atalaya Club will host a film forum against gender violence at 7:30 p.m., organized by the Atenea de Cieza Women's Association.
During the week of November 20-24, an awareness-raising campaign will be held at the Diego Tortosa Secondary School in collaboration with CAVI. It will include talks, debates, workshops, and photography and literary contests.

The 3rd Week for Life, organized by the Cieza+Vida Association, begins this Saturday, the 18th, and will feature various activities until November 25th, including exhibitions, talks, workshops, screenings, and a grand gala celebrating its seventh anniversary.

Saturday, November 18, at 8:00 p.m. in the Cajamurcia Foundation classroom, opening of the retrospective exhibition "Brushstrokes of Life," which will feature award-winning works from recent editions of this competition.
Sunday the 19th, participation in the 1st Association Fair held at Paseo y Esquina del Convento, where a workshop on children's rights will be held at 1:00 p.m.
On Tuesday, November 21, a lecture titled "Medical and Pharmacological Aspects of Abortion" will be given by gynecologist Andrea Edo Soler and pharmacist Rosario Segura Pérez-Muelas at 8:00 p.m. in the Cajamurcia Foundation classroom.
On Friday the 24th, at 8:00 p.m., the film "Lost Adolescence" will be screened in the Cajamurcia Foundation classroom.
Saturday, November 25, the seventh annual 'Golden Heart Awards' anniversary gala will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the auditorium of the Diego Tortosa High School.

Siyâsa Museum Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sundays and holidays, 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The museum will be closed on December 24th and 31st.

The Siyâsa Museum will host a painting exhibition titled "Views that Speak" by Felisa Gómez Santos from Cieza, starting on Friday, December 15th at 8:00 p.m.
The exhibition will be open from December 15th to January 14th at the Siyâsa Museum, located at 17 San Sebastián Street, during regular museum hours.

The eFe Serrano Gallery in Cieza, located on San Sebastián Street, will inaugurate a group exhibition featuring international artists from the 16th to the 21st centuries at 8:00 p.m. on the occasion of its 20th anniversary.
The exhibition can be visited until February 20, 2018.

The photography exhibition for the 6th "La Floración de Cieza" competition features the three winning photographs and those selected for the competition, which kicks off the events commemorating the 2018 Cieza Flowering Festival.
This exhibition is organized by the CAF Cieza Photography Association and sponsored by the Cieza City Council. The exhibition will be open from February 15 to March 17 at the Siyâsa Museum, located at 17 San Sebastián Street, from Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Sundays and holidays, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Another of the many exhibitions that can be seen during these days of Bloom in Cieza is the exhibition "Windows" by the Cieza painter José Víctor Villalba at Ideak Estudio, located at 14 Diego Marín Barnuevo Street, across from Miguel de Cervantes School.
The exhibition will be open to the public from February 16 to March 9.

The photography exhibition by Cieza native Fernando Galindo Tormo, "Flowering in Cieza," is now open to visitors at the Siyâsa Museum in Cieza, located at 17 San Sebastián Street.
The exhibition will be on view from February 16 to March 17 at the museum, Tuesday through Saturday, from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Sundays and holidays, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
The author of the same, Fernando Galindo, invites us publicly to make known to everyone this exhibition that reflects the great flowering of the fields of Cieza.

The collective and solidarity exhibition "Injertos" (Grafts), in support of the Nueva Fundación Los Albares, will be open from February 17 to March 17 at the Molino Cebolla Museum.
The works consist of combining different artistic techniques based on photographs of the Cieza Flowering. Each artist will reinterpret the image, adding their own personal and artistic touch.
From this fusion of pictorial techniques comes the name chosen for the exhibition "Grafts", very much in line with the theme used as base, agriculture and flowering.
All photographs were taken by Carlos J. Lucas González, the exhibition organizer, in different locations in our town.
