The Cieza City Council has announced the projects that will be launched in 2020, selected through the Participatory Budgeting process.
The residents of Cieza decided through a vote how to use 155,000 euros for investment projects and 15,000 euros for activities.
The Department of Citizen Participation has a budget of €155,000 for investments and €15,000 for activities. With this €5,000 increase in the investment budget compared to last year, the Cieza City Council reaffirms its commitment to increasing the percentage of municipal funds allocated to Participatory Budgeting each year, thus consolidating the process by which citizens decide how to spend a significant portion of the budget.
