The Official Gazette of the Municipal Government of Cieza (BORM) of January 9 publishes the final approval of the regulations governing the electronic administration of the Cieza City Council, thereby ratifying what the municipal plenary session initially approved in its ordinary session held on December 5, 2023.

The purpose of this regulation is to regulate the conditions and legal effects of the use of electronic means in the processing of administrative procedures by the Cieza City Council, as well as to regulate the legal status of the headquarters and electronic registry, complying with the right of citizens to interact with public administrations through electronic means, as well as the use of electronic means in relations between public administrations and in the internal organization of the City Council.

This regulation will apply to the Cieza City Council, its public employees and councilors, and to citizens, legal entities, and entities without legal personality in their relations with it.
