The sessions, which will take place on November 8, 15, and 22, will be taught by professionals from the Kiai Martial Arts and Physical Improvement Center in Cieza.

Cieza City Council, through its Department of Women and Equality, has organized a free self-defense course for women to prevent gender-based violence, as part of the program commemorating November 25th, the International Day Against Gender Violence.

These self-protection sessions are aimed at women who want to improve their attitude, self-confidence, and self-confidence in situations of gender-based violence. The classes will be held on November 8, 15, and 22, led by instructors from the Kiai Martial Arts and Physical Improvement Center in Cieza.

The goal is to train students in a series of safety measures that will help them avoid risks and develop the ability to respond to the possibility of an attack. To attend, registration is required at the Kiai School, located at 2 León Felipe Street.
