The parish of San Joaquín will celebrate the Day of the Cross on May 3rd. In the morning, after the 11:00 a.m. Mass, parishioners will accompany the holy cross, adorned with flowers, which will be carried in procession to the Alambre Bridge.
The delegation will then attend the bathing of the Christian symbol by priest Rafael Martínez to bless the waters and the fields of Cieza.
