Charly (Juan Carlos Villa) is the Cieza native who participated in the fourth blind auditions of The Voice, a Telecinco music program, in the early hours of Friday the 13th to Saturday the 14th, and who has obtained his pass to enter the program.
Charly performed "Skinny Love" by Birdy, and he got two of the judges to press their buttons and turn their chairs: Colombian Juanes and Andalusian Manuel Carrasco. Manuel Carrasco was chosen by our neighbor.
Charly sings in a choir, and for him, there's no greater motivation than singing to God. Manuel Carrasco commented: "You've done very well with the endings of the sentences, which is where mistakes are usually noticed." Juanes, the other coach, advised him to try singing in Spanish instead, as he would surely be able to get more out of his voice.
