The Cieza City Council's Department of Culture has organized various theater, music, and dance activities, in collaboration with several associations and music groups. All activities will take place this Friday, June 23rd, with the unique feature being that they will be held in public spaces, such as Padre Salmerón Street, Esparteros Street, Esquina del Convento, Paseo, and even in the recently restored Fuente del Ojo washhouse.
The activities will begin at 8:30 p.m. at the Esquina del Convento with flamenco students from the Municipal Folklore Center, ages 5 to 14.
8:45 p.m. Flute Group, Espartero Street, students and faculty of the Cieza Music Conservatory.
8:45 p.m. Swan Lake, Convent Corner, Lola Navas Academy.
9:00 PM. Bolero Concert, Padre Salmerón Street, Boscoleros Group.
9:00 p.m. Oboe Band – Trombone Group, students and faculty from the Cieza Music Conservatory.
9:15 p.m., Jota de Cieza, Parade, Choirs and Dances of Cieza.
9:30 p.m. Habaneras and Popular Polyphony, Padre Salmerón Street, Capella Ad Libitum Chamber Choir.
9:30 p.m. The Witches of Guajalote, Paseo, El Creadero Cultural Association.
10:00 PM. Traditions and Legends on St. John's Eve, guided tour of the Fuente del Ojo washhouse, Stipa Tourist Services.
10:00 PM. Summer Concert, Parade, Municipal Music Band.
10:30 p.m. Rumba and Flamenco Concert, and Lanterns Release, Esquina del Convento, by the group Sol y Son.
