This coming Saturday, June 24th, at 10:00 PM and with limited capacity, singer-songwriter Paco Ibañez will take the stage of the Atalaya Club–Ateneo de la Villa de Cieza for its 50th anniversary.
More than 50 years have passed since his first album, dedicated to Luis de Góngora and Federico García Lorca, illustrated by Salvador Dalí. Since then, Paco Ibáñez has always remained steadfast in his pursuit of beauty, critical thinking, and the defense of human freedoms through poetry.
Dressed in black, guitar in hand, on a stage with a beautiful and sober set, Paco Ibáñez gives us songs of love, of pure existentialism, of struggle and resistance, wrapped in the rhythms of his instruments and the power of poetry. His voice opens a mysterious and secret door for everyone, the silent and dazzling entrance to poetry.
