To mark the celebration of the Flowering Project, the Cieza City Council has invited various neighborhood associations to participate in the first "Flowering in the Neighborhood Competition" in 2020.
Because of this, many associations are working hard these days to have everything ready for the grand opening, even using recycled materials.
