This coming Thursday, February 15, at 8 p.m. at the Capitol Theater – Manuela Burló Room, we will have the Conference: 'Approach to the origin of the Palestine-Israel conflict', by Fernando Ríos Soler, Professor and Historian. Graduate in Geography and History, and presented by Piedad Abellán Vázquez, Retired teacher.
About the speaker
Born in Villena, he holds a degree in Geography and History from the University of Valencia. He is a secondary school teacher and currently teaches at the J. Martínez Ruiz “Azorín” Secondary School in Yecla. He is a historian and a passionate, prolific, and rigorous historical disseminator, a member of the Association of Friends of History and Museums of Villena. He is also committed to various causes and social movements.
