Next Saturday, April 5th, ECOS DE will take place at the Capitol Theater in our town.
PASSION, a concert of processional music by the Musical Union of Cieza.
Organized by the Royal Brotherhood of Jesus -Nazarene-, this event is full of music and
brotherhood sentiment. The Musical Union of Cieza, with its director, Mr. Francisco José Ríos-
López, at the head, will offer us a tour of the soundtrack of our Holy Week,
starting from the heritage of the host Brotherhood to visit some of the
most acclaimed pages of national processional music. The culmination of this journey will come
with the absolute premiere of a new piece for the Brotherhood of Jesus: Bendita Alegría, a
pasodoble composed by Antonio Camacho García, a member of the brotherhood itself.
In addition to the music offered by the Union, the event will feature the participation of
members of other local musical groups, as well as by the voice of Don Joaquín
Bernal Ganga, whose work as a disseminator and communicator has led him to proclaim and exalt
different Holy Weeks both inside and outside our Region, as well as to present
numerous events and concerts.
It will be a concert that will leave no one indifferent. Tickets, which require a donation,
of €5, can be purchased through any member of the band, as well as the
board of directors of the Brotherhood.
