The Mayor's Office of Cieza City Council has announced that Mayor Tomás Rubio has declared a day of official mourning in honor of the death of Cieza-born painter and sculptor Pepe Lucas.
Mourning begins at 12 noon this Tuesday and will continue until 12 noon tomorrow, Wednesday.
During this time, flags on municipal buildings will be flown at half-mast, and all official events are suspended.
