?Citizens who have suffered damage to their homes and property due to the rains should report the incident to their insurance company within seven days of the incident. It is recommended to document the damage and defects (photographs, videos, etc.), as well as keep receipts, invoices, work reports, or any documentation proving the completion of repairs, water pumping, etc.

?If you do not have insurance, it is recommended that you document and certify the damage to your homes and property, pending the issuance of aid decrees from the State and Autonomous Community, which will outline the procedure for processing.
