The Department of Sustainable Mobility and Transport of the Cieza City Council informs the public that starting this Monday, September 15th, the electric vehicle charging station located on Camino de Murcia, near the Jardín del Partido (Party Garden), popularly known as "Parquecillo," will be operational.

Sources from the municipal department headed by Cristo Manuel Lucas explain that the installation consists of two charging stations that allow three vehicles to use the station simultaneously, with a charging capacity of up to 7.4 kWh per station.

The commissioning of these chargers is one of the actions aimed at promoting the Mobility Plan, the goal of which is to achieve more sustainable urban mobility by reducing CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

In principle, the same sources conclude, users "should not have advance reservations for their use, so proper and responsible use of the chargers is requested."
