This Friday at 7:30 p.m., the Siyâsa Museum will host a lecture on the poet Tirso Camacho (Cieza, 1870–1937). The aim is to learn more about the life and work of this little-known local figure.

A total of 14 books about him and his work have been written by his grandson Manuel Enrique Gutiérrez Camacho, who will be giving the lecture, and the Dutch Hispanist Govert Westerveld.

The activity is part of the cultural program of the Department of Museums.
