This year, we'll have to change the clocks on the night of Saturday, March 24th, to Sunday, March 25th, which is when the first time change occurs. So, at 2:00 a.m. on Saturday morning, it will be 3:00 a.m.
So after the time change we sleep one hour less, thus welcoming Daylight Saving Time.
This amendment is part of a European directive that affects all countries in the Union and aims to make better use of daylight hours and consume less electricity.
