This coming Friday, June 15th, starting at 9:00 PM, the "Cieza X Tanzania" Charity Gala, organized by the Las Morericas Municipal Senior Citizens Center, will be held in the Gabriel Celaya open-air Auditorium in Cieza. "Las Saritas," the Las Morericas Senior Citizens Center Choir, and Amigos Solidarios will be collaborating.
This summer, two Cieza residents will spend three weeks at the Kutembea orphanage in Tanzania. All proceeds will go toward purchasing basic necessities for the more than 50 children ages 0 to 10 who are being cared for there by volunteers.
