The Labor Integration Service (SIL) of FAMDIF/COCEMFE-Murcia has
with a specialized Office for Guidance and Job Placement of People
with Disabilities (GOIL) in several municipalities of the Region, among them, in the
municipality of Cieza.
The activities and actions that the SIL has carried out in Cieza are divided into 3
areas: guidance, employment and training. To develop these areas, the service
One day a week, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., has been provided at the Employment Department
and Economic Development (INFOEM), located on the ground floor in the Training Room
No. 3. Murcia Road s/nº of Cieza.
Very positive results for 2024
During 2024, the guidance area has assisted 105 people with
physical and organic disability of the municipality and has carried out more than 990
interventions, 40 more than 2023.
Regarding employment, we have dealt with 94 companies and entities in the
municipality, managing 41 job offers and 438 placement procedures, which
which has enabled the employment of 32 people with disabilities
municipality. These data show that the FAMDIF/COCEMFE-Murcia service has
positioned as a reference resource in terms of employment within the
collective of people with physical and/or organic disabilities from Cieza.
In addition, in relation to self-employment, 4 users interested in the
launching of his business idea, which ultimately did not translate into highs such as
self-employed workers. However, registrations from previous years were monitored.
With the aim of improving their employability, 83 people have been referred to
training activities, and 50 have initiated some of them. In addition, professionals
of the Labor Integration Service of FAMDIF/COCEMFE-MURCIA taught in
Cieza, at the Knitwear Social Center, the course “Working in digital”,
attended by 16 users who were unfamiliar with basic digital skills.
