Following the postponement of the 4th Popular Race and 1st "Puentes de Cieza" Trail by the Cieza OJE (Cieza City Council), the race will be held this coming Saturday, November 2, 2019.

This time, and as a major new feature for this event, the start and finish will be located at Esquina del Convento, the beginning of the Camino de Murcia.

Test regulations:

Art. 1º.- The Home of the Guide of the OJE of Cieza, in collaboration with the Department of Sports
of the City Council of Cieza and the Athletics Federation of the Region of Murcia, organize the IV Race
Popular and I Trail “Bridges of Cieza”.

Art. 2º.- The test will be held next Saturday, November 2, 2019, from 4:00 p.m.
hours (Children's Tests) and 5:00 p.m. absolute tests in Cieza. The start and finish
will be located at the corner of the Convent. The maximum duration of the test will be
3 hours and 30 minutes hours.

Art.3º.- The route for the Absolute race has been established in 1 lap of the proposed circuit,
adding up to a total of approximately 12,700 meters for the long race and 6,000
approx. meters for the short race.
This year a third distance is added in the Trail modality with a total route of
22,000 meters approx.
There will be four refreshment stations at the 22,000 meter distance coinciding with the
kilometer points 5, 10, 16 and finish line.
There will be three refreshment stations at the 12,700 meter distance coinciding with the
kilometer points 5, 10 and finish line.
In the 6,000-meter race, there will be refreshments only at the finish line.
The hiking march will take place on the same day and at the same time, establishing the
same distance and route proposed for the 12,700 meter race.

Art.4º.- The route will be perfectly marked with a night beacon and will have
volunteers from the organization at different points along the route. The race will have
"popular" character and all persons of legal age may participate, regardless of their
sex, nationality or category.

Art. 5. Categories, Schedules and Distances

Art.6º.- All registrations may be made through the website www.famu.es, from the
publication of this regulation and until the closing date of registrations, setting such date
for Wednesday, October 30 at 8:00 p.m. for card payments (POS) and Wednesday, October 23

Art. 8º.- The test will be controlled exclusively by the organization's personnel. The control

Art. 9º.- DELIVERY OF BIB NUMBERS: They will be held on Saturday, November 2, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

To collect race numbers it is MANDATORY to present the DNI or official document
that proves identity.

Art.13º.- The organization reserves the right to modify the itinerary, schedules,
supplies and even these regulations, if for justified reasons or due to force majeure
was necessary or advisable.

Art.14º.- Prizes:
Trophy for the top three finishers in each category, except races
children, both male and female.
Trophy for the top three local finishers in the 6k, 13k, and 22k races.
Medals for all participants in the children's races.

Art. 15º.- An adequate medical device will be organized in accordance with current legislation.

Art.16º.- The following may be grounds for disqualification:
– Not completing the entire route on foot through the location marked by the organization.

– Failure to follow the instructions of the judges, the organization, or security personnel.
– Not wearing the number on the front of the shirt in a clearly visible place.
– Receive external help.
– Not carrying the chip (or equivalent system) in the indicated place.
– Participating with another runner’s bib.
– Participating with a bib not authorized by the Organization.
– Littering in the environment.
Specific for the Trail Race:
-Do not carry a refillable bottle as required.
-Do not carry a front light.

people outside the competition, especially minors, for security reasons,

Art. 17º.- All participants will be included in an accident insurance policy

Art. 20º.- All participants, by registering, accept these regulations and in case of doubt or if any situation arises not reflected in them, the provisions of the Organizing Committee shall prevail.
