This Tuesday, March 3rd, at 7:30 pm, the first activity of the Women's Days organized by Podemos Cieza will take place.
A lecture-concert entitled 'Women in Music', by Pilar Valero, professor of piano at the Higher Conservatory of Music of Murcia and Doctor of Human Sciences from the University of La Rioja.
In addition to her intense concert activity, Pilar Valero has published numerous works such as the publications on music in cafes and silent cinema in Murcia (Music in cafe-concerts and in Murcian cinemas at the beginning of the 20th century, DEA work, University of La Rioja, 2009), and on music in workers' associations "Music in cafes and in workers' associations: approach to a sound map of Murcia in the first third of the 20th century."
