As we indicated in the weekly forecast and as we anticipated yesterday, Aemet will reactivate the yellow alert level for tomorrow, Thursday, due to high temperatures.
The State Meteorological Agency reports in its statement that in the Vega del Segura, temperatures will once again reach or exceed 38°C in the shade, which is why the yellow (risk) level for high temperatures will be activated.
The notice will be in effect from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m.
Aemet is expected to issue another advisory for this same meteorological phenomenon on Friday, and we will report on it tomorrow once it is confirmed.
We've included an image with recommendations for preventing and avoiding health problems in high temperatures.
