"The balance between work, family, and personal life facilitates the achievement of effective equality between women and men. And for this to be possible, it is necessary to develop measures that allow them to balance their employment, family, and personal development," explains a statement.

The Department of Education, led by María Ramos, continues to develop its "Cieza Concilia" project, part of the Family School Program. Cieza City Council has "great interest" in advancing this goal, and that is why it "develops activities aimed at children between 3 and 12 years of age during their school holidays, so that parents can balance their work, family, and personal lives."

The aforementioned initiative is subsidized and co-financed by the Ministry of Family and Equal Opportunities and the European Social Fund. It is intended for students between the ages of 3 and 12 whose parents are working or receiving job training, with schedules adapted to the employment needs of the area.

The activities are free and will be organized by the Cieza-based company Buitre Aventuras, dedicated to active tourism and leisure, and will take place at the Cristo del Consuelo School located on Pérez Cervera Street in Cieza.

"They are designed so that children can have a fun day, always accompanied by fully qualified instructors and guides, ensuring the greatest possible fun and safety. Additionally, for outdoor activities, they have mountain sports technicians, graduates in physical activity and sports sciences, and leisure and free time instructors," the statement explains.

The activity will take place between March 29th and April 11th, coinciding with the Easter school holidays. The registration deadline is March 26th.
