On December 1st, the Brotherhood of San Bartolomé launched a charity campaign, with all proceeds going to Cáritas Cieza. There are many people in vulnerable situations, and that's why the Brotherhood decided to hold this fundraising campaign to donate and contribute to alleviating the basic needs of the people served by Cáritas.
More than 300 euros have already been raised for this purpose, and the campaign is still ongoing, with donations to be made on December 20th. Donations can be made via bank transfer to the Brotherhood itself at ES24 2038 3013 3960 0041 3242, or via Bizum at 638 97 98 96.
That last day, December 20th, coincides with World Solidarity Day, and therefore, and in a green color giving hope to all, the emblematic buildings of our town will be illuminated in green. Because solidarity knows no prejudice, because sharing what we have with those who have nothing should be our first goal in life.
