At IES Los Albares, they are clear about it. Theater is a learning tool and a source of culture because it develops social, emotional, and cognitive skills in those who participate and, at the same time, acts as a transmitter of a society's values, stories, myths, and legends. It is used as a pedagogical tool to enrich learning through creativity and critical thinking, and as a vehicle for understanding and empathizing with other realities and cultures.
.
🏣 Theater, as a live, multisensory performing art, is considered a powerful instrument for transmitting knowledge, one of the essential digestive enzymes that aid in the transition from that formless magma conceptually known as the information society to the society that truly interests us, in order to progress on all fronts in today's world: that of knowledge.
