This Friday begins the first workshop of the annual program of workshops of esparto, organized by the Esparto Museum and the Atalaya Ateneo Club of the Town of Cieza.
The first of the workshops begins on Friday with an introduction to the process of previous work of Preparation of esparto grass for processing: Introduction to starting, cooking and chopping.
On Saturday, the second day will be the turn of the twine and string workshop. of two branches.
Opening hours: 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays: 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
The workshops will be held at the Esparto Museum itself, located at 53 Pablo Iglesias Street.
Those interested in participating in these workshops will contribute €23 per month, except for September, when it will be €12.
