In a new statement, AEMET reports that maximum temperatures on Thursday will once again exceed the threshold for the area.
It reports that the maximum temperature could reach 42°C, which is why it activates the orange level warning.
It also indicates that locally temperatures can reach 44 ºC.
The warning will remain active between 1:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
