To commemorate the Flowering, a variety of performances and activities are planned, including a concert by flamenco violinist Paco Montalvo in Cieza next Saturday, March 16, at the Capitol Theater at 9 p.m.

Paco Montalvo

Paco Montalvo (Cordova, born November 19, 1992) is a Spanish classical musician and creator of the flamenco violin as a lead voice. He is the youngest violinist of the 21st century to make his debut in the main hall of Carnegie Hall in New York City.

A world-renowned exponent of flamenco violin, he became interested in music from a young age thanks to the atmosphere at home, and had his first contact with a violin at a very early age.

Since his debut with the Spanish Radio and Television Symphony Orchestra at the age of 12, Montalvo has embarked on a prolific concert career, appearing as a soloist with prestigious orchestras and at festivals and recitals in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. His international career is marked by two outstanding concerts, the first of which was in Tel Aviv with the Israel Opera Symphony Orchestra when Montalvo was 17.
