The work, defined by the author himself as a desacralized religious play in verse,
It proposes a poetic, philosophical and lucid reflection on death and human knowledge.
Auto Idiotic of the Wise Philosopher and Death is a collection of poems that invites the reader to think, to
to question and to look oneself straight in the mirror of finitude. Angosto Blesa constructs a dialogue
An intimate and tense encounter between an elderly philosopher, who dedicated his entire life to study, and Death itself,
who bursts into her retreat upon feeling challenged by the treatise that the thinker has decided to write
for the benefit of humanity.

Through this dialogue, the poetry collection confronts the philosopher's theoretical knowledge with the practical wisdom of Death, revealing the many facets of the inevitable and questioning the usefulness—or the necessity—of attempting to understand the unknowable. The result is a work that combines lyricism, irony, and depth, updating the tradition of the religious play from a critical and contemporary perspective.
