The event will be presented by Manuel Martínez Morote, history teacher at the Los Albares Secondary School, and will include a speech by the mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas.
SUMMARY
This work is part of the study of Family History through the
Analysis of a local elite in southern Castile, specifically in the Murcian town of
Cieza during the 17th century, trying to respond to its configuration and typology in
relation to the definition of its tangible, intangible and relational heritage within a
context marked by the phenomenon of fighting between factions, taking into account the resolution of
its objectives, its articulation and, ultimately, the characteristics of those who have
defined as bands of clientelist lineages. Finally, in the search for peace,
considers the role played by the Cieza community itself, the leading figures of the
period close to the courtly or regional framework, as well as the need to know
when and to what degree the members of the clergy and the institutional apparatus acted
monarchist and the king himself.
