Starting next Monday, April 16th, the book 'Cieza of yesterday. Stories, legends and other chronicles' by Antonio Balsalobre. A beautiful book with varied, diverse, exciting, and fun content, full of intention and tenderness, a sense of humor and love, with an indisputable protagonist born from the heart: Cieza, the people of Cieza and… everything about Cieza.

Antonio Balsalobre, with his sometimes nostalgic, sometimes ironic and playful tone without causing harm, with a very careful, refined, precise and highly elaborate language, carries us along the gentle yet vigorous river of his prose, suspended floating on its waters, captivated by a verb that almost hypnotizes, and attracted by the morbid, confessable, fact that he has recreated in his book a relatively recent past that we have all heard about at some point.

To enjoy it, one simply has to resign oneself to not resisting the spell of these pages, willingly letting oneself be carried away by the inspired pen of an author in the midst of a creative and recreative whirlwind.

The text is accompanied by magnificent illustrations by Antonio Moreno.

The book launch will take place next Monday, April 16, at 8:00 p.m. hours in the Cloister of the Padre Salmerón Municipal Library in CiezaIt will involve, Fernando Fernández (editor), Pascual Lucas (Mayor of Cieza), Bartholomew Marks (teacher) and Antonio Balsalobre (author).
