The councillorships of Youth and Employment report the Service of Career Guidance through the Youth Technician to develop he ESF Operational Program 2014-2020 of the Region of Murcia that reinforces the sservice already existing Youth Guarantee.
Both services They aim to promote the sustainability and quality of employment, foster labor mobility, and facilitate access to work for job seekers and inactive individuals, including the long-term unemployed.
Both departments are strengthened to achieve these objectives, and reinforce the actions of guidance, information and intermediation with a individualized attention to the youths who are studying or have completed their studies; and, for young people without studies included between the ages of 16 and 29 years old, is one more effort to achieve the goal of combating youth unemployment in the municipality of Cieza.
