The Department of Social Welfare of the Cieza City Council, through its Volunteer Office, informs the residents of Cieza, and the associations that work with volunteers, that the period for the renewal and creation of new Volunteer Cards for this year 2019 has been opened.
For renewal, you must go to the Municipal Volunteer Office, located in the Municipal Social Welfare Center building, located at Historiador Ramón María Capdevila Street, number 12 in Cieza.
To carry out this renewal, the volunteers municipal They will have to submit two passport-sized photographs and a photocopy of their ID card, along with the form provided by the Volunteer Office requesting the card.
For volunteers who belong to a associationIn addition to the two photographs, a photocopy of the ID card and the form requesting the card, they will have to provide a certificate provided by the Municipal Volunteer Office, where the private non-profit entity to which they belong (association) certifies the time they have been carrying out voluntary activity (which must be a minimum of 6 months of seniority and the commitment to remain six more months in the voluntary activity) and that they are in possession of a volunteer insurance contracted by the signatory entity.
Anyone applying for the card must be of legal age or, if they are at least 16 years old, attach a parental/guardian authorization in order to apply for the issuance of said card.
