From March 5th to 8th, you can enjoy the best of regional cuisine at the 4th SaborArte Cieza Flowering Gastronomy Fair in Plaza de España.

SaborArte, the Cieza Gastronomic Fair, celebrates its 4th edition, becoming the one with the largest number of restaurants in the entire region, focusing on regional products and promoting local produce. Leading chefs and industry brands take part in these gastronomic events, where you can sample tapas, learn how to cook them, and savor top-quality products.

Among other stands, we will have one dedicated to the tapa from La Trastienda by Pablo González-Conejero, winner of the 2020 Best Tapas competition, from Estrella de Levante and SaborArte.
Fresh Art Flavor
Fairgoers can enhance their experience by tasting tapas prepared live. Several restaurants make up this new space, allowing them to enjoy the terrace atmosphere at the gastronomic fair.
Exclusive SaborArte
The most exclusive experience of the fair. Only 22 diners will be able to enjoy a tasting menu in a tent recreating a very special atmosphere, where they can sample dishes from two chefs who will team up to offer an elaborate menu.
SaborArte Terrace
If there's one thing the Region of Murcia has going for it, it's a climate that makes this region a place you won't want to leave. The terrace area is a great place to enjoy a drink.
SaborArte Presentations
Numerous nationally renowned chefs from the region visit Cieza to give presentations on their cuisine. This year, as a new feature, the chefs will offer live tastings of the tapas they prepare in the professional kitchens of the Cicola space.
