The Environmental Health Inspectorate, which routinely inspects the various swimming pools, on Tuesday checked various parameters related to water quality at the Mariano Rojas Sports Center in Cieza, as well as various aspects regulated by regional and state regulations, verifying that everything complies with the requirements of both bodies.

Furthermore, given the current situation caused by the pandemic, this routine inspection also focused on reviewing the various responsible practices protocols and the contingency plan, receiving a positive assessment, as these comply with the requirements of the agreement of the Governing Council of the Region of Murcia regarding the prevention and containment measures applicable to address the health crisis caused by Covid-19.

The Sports Department is urging users of this municipal facility to continue complying with safety measures so they can continue enjoying a facility that guarantees the safety of its users.
