At 9:04 p.m. on Wednesday, a brush fire was reported in front of the cemetery.

They indicate that the wind is moderate in the area, which could spread the fire to olive groves, where it would be much more difficult to extinguish the fire.

Firefighters from CEIS (1 corporal and 4 firefighters, with 2 rural firefighting vehicles), 1 Civil Protection Volunteer and 1 patrol car from the Cieza Local Police have gone to the scene.

Smoke from the fire may hinder visibility for road traffic on the national highway.

At 9:40 p.m., the fire was extinguished and firefighters returned to the station without further difficulty.
