The 1-1-2 Emergency Coordination Center in the Murcia Region received several calls last night at 8:08 p.m. reporting a fire in a building on Ricote Street in Cieza.

They report that the fire is a transformer.

The following personnel are mobilized to the scene:
Firefighters from the Murcia Region Fire and Rescue Consortium.
Local Police Patrol.

Local Police report that no one remains inside the building.

Several neighbors, using fire extinguishers, extinguish the blaze before the firefighters arrive, coordinating the extinguishing process and ventilating the area due to the heavy smoke.

Following instructions from the fire department, Iberdrola technicians were notified.
