Starting this Thursday, March 7th, the third edition of 'SaborArte,' the Cieza Flowering Gastronomic Fair, arrives at the Plaza de España. It will include an opening ceremony and live music from the Cieza-based group Retropop.

From then on, and until Sunday, March 10, various restaurants, bars, and bakeries from our region will be able to offer their dishes to all those visitors who stop by the gastronomic fair during these days.

The fair has a restaurant area with more than 23 stands, presentations with the best chefs, workshops where you can learn to cook, it is "SaborArte Fresco" where you can eat the best freshly made products, it is "SaborArte Exclusivo" where you can enjoy first-class menus, it is the Gastronomic "Performance" where you will be surprised with good ideas, it is "SaborArte Terraza" where you can enjoy the good weather of our regionion, it is “SaborArte Infantil” where the little ones will enjoy.

We've attached the schedule for the various activities, workshops, tastings, and talks that will be held at the third edition of 'SaborArte,' the Cieza Flowering Gastronomic Fair, led by various chefs and cooking professionals.

PANTONE, a full-color gastronomic experience, premieres on March 10 at the SaborArte fair in Cieza.

 

The SaborArte fair. Cieza's Floración Gastronomy Fair will host the premiere of PANTONE, a gastronomic experience created by Intro Agencies , a design company specializing in gastrodesign and advertising winner of the first contest 'SaborArte performance'.

 

The event will begin on March 10th at 8:00 PM in the main SaborArte tent and consists of serving 12 menus with 8 dishes inspired by the Pantone Winter 2019 colors. To do so, 8 renowned chefs from the Region of Murcia are challenged to create a dish that, in addition to being tasty and visually appealing, will be dyed with a characteristic color from the Pantone system.

The dishes will be paired with Casa Roj wines and cavas.either, led by sommelier Fran Hidalgo.Wine , and the service will be provided by Ana Belen S , professor at 'Eh!' Caritas Hospitality School', Caritas hospitality school.

 

 

PANTONE will also be accompanied by an aesthetic presentation related to design and image. And with tableware and glassware from the Murcia-based company Bohajar SL

The 8 chefs Participants are: Cundi Sanchez, El Albero. Sergio Martinez, KEKI, by Sergio Martinez. Juan Antonio, El Churra Hotels. Antonio Vidal, El Rincon de las Anas. Maria and Antonio, Phrases Restaurant. Maria Dolores, Tasting Pastry. Federico Molina, Café Bar Terrace Gran Via (sponsored by Cafes Salzillo "Tea And Coffee").

These renowned chefs will contribute their talents to PANTONE, making this event a unique experience.

Boosting tourism and gastronomy in Cieza and Murcia, Isabel Sánchez and Rosalía Sánchez, from Intro Agency, They have designed this micro-event, seeking people who want to delve into a new world full of color, flavor, smell, texture, and vibrations that unite the world of gastronomy and design.

A total of six people, each of whom may be accompanied by a companion, will be randomly selected through a contest held on Facebook to participate in this exciting initiative.
