The 1-1-2 Emergency Coordination Center of the Region of Murcia received several calls starting at 4:36 p.m. reporting a fire in a first-floor apartment on Numancia Street in the municipality of Cieza.
They report a large amount of smoke in the house and that there are people inside.
The following personnel have been dispatched to the scene:
- Local Police Unit.
- Firefighters from the Fire and Rescue Consortium of the Region of Murcia belonging to the Cieza zonal park.
- Ambulances from the Emergency and Health Care Management of 061.
Medical personnel attend to 3 people for smoke inhalation and they are transferred to the Lorenzo Guirao Hospital in Cieza.
The fire was brought under control by firefighters at 4:51 p.m.
