Your blood is needed, today is a new day of donation in Cieza.

This Wednesday the 14th, the Murcia Regional Blood Donation Center will visit Cieza with another blood collection day.

So we have a solidarity event in Cieza tomorrow, September 14, from 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Cieza East Health Center, across from the bus station.

Requirements for blood donation:

1. Age. Between 18 and 65 years old. This is a legal requirement.
2. Weight. It must be over 50 kg. This is a technical requirement.
3. HealthHe is in good health.
4. ID. Come to the donation point with proper identification. Ideally, bring your ID, passport, or other official document that includes a photograph.
