With the approaching month of October, the Royal Brotherhood of Jesus (Nazarene) wants to remember this month, the presence of the fifth edition of the photography contest 'The Arrest'.
The contest has as its first prize, the award of being the photograph of the Poster of 'The Arrest' next year, 2020, in addition to a cash prize of 300 euros. Any photograph of the floats and brotherhoods participating in El Prendimiento is valid.
But that's not all. The brotherhood will award two more prizes: a second prize of 150 euros, whose photograph will be featured on the cover of next year's brotherhood calendar, and a third prize of 75 euros. These final two prizes, in the brotherhood category, will be selected from among complete photographs of the brotherhood. Any of the motifs of the Royal Brotherhood of Jesus (Nazarene) will be eligible.
Those interested in participating can submit their photographs between Monday, October 7th and Thursday, October 10th, 2019, from 7:00 to 9:00 PM at the Holy Week House-Museum in Cieza, located at C/Cánovas del Castillo, No. 7, Cieza (Murcia). The presentation of the jury's assessment and the awards ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2019, starting at 7:00 p.m., in the Auditorium of the Cieza Holy Week Museum. The finalist photographs will be exhibited at the Cieza Holy Week Museum from October 22 to November 2.
