A statement from Citizen Participation indicates that "the residents of Cieza voted to decide how to invest 170,000 euros for investment projects and 20,000 euros for activities."

These sources add that, "as previously reported, €170,000 will be allocated to investments and €20,000 will be allocated to activities, thus consolidating the participatory process through this tool in which citizens decide what to do with a portion of the municipal budget. Once again, citizens are essential protagonists in this citizen process that aims to deepen participatory democracy, with the goal of improving the situation in the municipality of Cieza."

The winning investment projects include the improvement and maintenance of La Presa River Park, the digitization of photographic and documentary heritage, the repair of the sidewalk around the "Zaraiche" School, a bio-healthy circuit, the installation of sound bands, the repair and maintenance of a dog park, and the placement of waste bins on the Paseo Ribereño.

On the other hand, the winning activities were leisure activities for mental health, a leisure and free time program for people with mental disabilities, and theater, singing, and body expression activities.
